Job Description

We are looking for a Network & Technical Support Engineer with the following skills, experience & exposure.

Education Qualifications:

BE Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, MCA, EEE. B. TECH, Computer. I.T, M.Sc Computer Science (with % of 70 and above in 10th, 12th & graduation without any backlogs)

Technical Skills:

Must have a knowledge of Computer Hardware/Network/Window server /Linux /Mac
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, network technologies, Router, switches and firewall.
Experience in managing office 365 Apps (outlook, office) and Skype for business
Experience in Installing and configuring new hardware and software (including server hardware, RAID and OS troubleshooting)

Experience in Data center management and Server Backup/restore operations.
Experience in Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS Services.
Experience in handling PRI line, ISP line, EPBAX, CCTV and Access control devices.

Ability to work in UK shifts (1.30 pm-10.30 pm) & US Shifts (9.30 pm-6.30 am)
Strong Excel knowledge with good analytical and numerical skills.
Ability to pick up the phone and have a conversation with client.
Ability to write clear concise status reports.
Good Team-player -
Willingness to work with a team, learning from other strengths and assisting on improving others weaknesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshoot user & client related issues through call/remote & resolve them.
Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
Monitor VPN connectivity & Lease Lines with coordination with Service Provider & vendor
Configure and administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Installing, Configuring and Managing AD / DHCP / DNS Services.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
