Job Description

We are hiring for L1 Support/ Technical Support/ Service Desk for our client TCS

Job Responsibility:-

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to queries either in chat/email or over the phone. Excellent communication skill, comfortable working 24/7 including Night Shifts.


Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
ready to work in rotational shift and 24/7 support environment.
