Required Skills/ Experience:

Knowledge of SSL/ TLS basics, HTTP/ HTTPS
WebSphere Admin skills
Knowledge of Network File share

Experience on MS technologies ( Sys Admin Active Directory, MS Windows Servers, MS Exchange, MS Sharepoint General working of Load balancer)

Good to have knowledge of : FileNet P8/ IBM Content Manager, IBM Domino
Product/ Application support background
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
Experience of remotely handling global customers
