Job Description

Genpact Mega Walk-In For Technical Support From 30th July to 4th August 2018

Candidate should be Any Graduate with 0 to 3 Years experience in Technical Support. Must have excellent command over English - fluency in spoken English and good written English, customer service skills and high energy levels. B. Tech, BCA, BSC freshers can also apply.

The candidate should be able to successfully handle customer queries on network related problems, provide telephone/ email based troubleshooting assistance and meet customer defined levels of Quality in Operations

Should be flexible working in night shifts.
One Side Cab Provided.

Salary 1.68 Lacs To 2.5 Lacs + Incentives .
