Job Description

Eligibility Criteria :

B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.SC, Graduate, Freshers can apply.
Any Candidate either fresher or with Prior Experience in collections / International Voice / Domestic voice will be preferred.
Candidates with excellent and average communication skills require for international and domestic voice process respectively.

Candidate should be able to solve the technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide solution for the same.
Document & add new issues/ solutions to Knowledge Management Repository.
Provide Support in inbound call center.

Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & professionally
Shift window: Day window (6 am-12 pm), Night window (8 pm 6 am)

Salary Package: 1.68 LPA - 2.5LPA
Note: Females will not be required to do night shifts.
Males will be required to do night shifts for a month after every 3 months.

Interview Date: 12th March` 2018
Walk In Timing- 11 am To 3 pm
