Job Description

Qualification/ Skills :

Graduate (Technical-BE/ BCS/ BCA/ BSc (IT)) Freshers or -Undergraduate candidates with 6 months of experience can apply.
Highly Proficient in Computer Hardware, Software and basics of Networking.
Ability to demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and multi- tasking skills.
Must be a Team Player.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting / fixing desktops, portables and peripherals for consumers.
Real Time Technical Support with Excellent written / phone etiquette skills.
Demonstrates initiative and good judgment in resolving issues effecting customer satisfaction.
High level of Initiative and extremely motivated. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
Must have good knowledge of Laptops/ Desktops and peripherals.

Financial Service Agreement: Financial Service Agreement (Mandatory) for 12 months.
Hardware, Networking and Software Level Troubleshooting
Good verbal English and Hindi communication
Job Location: Pune
