Job Description



We are looking Customer Support Engineer L1 & L2 Level / Desktop Support Engineer Positions (L1 & L2 Level) and Printer Engineer for our Ensure Support Services India Limited Chennai Office.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification : Diploma Or any UG & PG Or Certification
Experience Range : 1 years - 4 years
Work Location : Mumbai Location

Candidate should have good communication skills & Expertise in Hardware Troubleshooting
OS Installation& Configuration, Troubleshooting and Network Troubleshooting
Hands on experience in desktop support with good experience on Outlook
Should perform user account creation, deletion, and configuration.

Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on the Operating System.
Configuring and Trouble shooting of MS OUTLOOK-To solve the technical problems.
Troubleshooting the Hardware and Software problems.
Experience in Printer Service, Installation, configuration
Knowledge of Software Installation.
Willing for field work
